Over 500 people already bought my eCookbooks and changed the way they cook.

“I’ve been following Kashmiri Foodie’s social media pages for years and her recipes are always flavourful yet simple enough for me to make with my busy schedule so I knew I had to purchase her ebook. This ebook exceeded my expectations with the variety of recipes and beautiful photos. I love that these are meals my entire family, picky eaters included, will all be able to agree on.”-Fatema

“First off I have to say, I really appreciate all that you do to help/inspire people. I used to come home from work exhausted and drained not wanting to lift a finger and then I’d watch your stories and not only be motivated to cook healthier meals, but your recipes are so quick and easy for busy lives. AND you’ve taught me that there’s so much barakah in cooking. I honestly look at my kitchen in a different light now, and truly that’s thanks to you. May Allah swt always grant you & your family success and happiness. How you manage it all with two toddlers- mashallah!”-Mina

Reviews Received about the Recipes in One Perfect Eid-ul-Fitr Dessert Cookbook:

“This is truly the most perfect and easy no-bake cheesecake. The cheesecake was smooth, creamy and delicious. Unlike regular cheesecake, this no-bake cheesecake was not overly heavy. It’s lightly sweet and perfectly refreshing!”-Fahmida

“I finally got to taste my creation and oh my goodness!! Before this, I never would have thought to make a proper ice cream at home, thinking it would be too much work, or turn out very icy/crystalized which is what I’ve experienced before. I can’t believe how easy this was, and to think it’s only made of three ingredients and I didn’t even use a stand mixer, just a hand blender with a whisk attachment. I whipped it up yesterday before iftar and then realized it would take quite a while to freeze, so I didn’t even get a chance to taste the mixture before putting it in the freezer. To be honest, I wasn’t sure if I had the right ratios of everything, but oh boy when I finally had a taste tonight I was shocked by how creamy and decadent it was!! I sent pictures to my friends telling them I made ice cream at home, and they were so impressed. They’ll have to wait for the e-book to get the recipe though ;). I love that I now have this recipe in my back pocket to pull together the night before having guests over. Also, the recipe made so much ice cream, I’m sure I won’t have to make more too soon, unless my friends come over and help me finish it.”-Sarah

“The no bake coconut squares recipe was easy to follow. My girls could not wait the 3 hours for it to set and started nibbling at it within 30 min of putting it in the fridge. My daughter decided to make a second batch and since we did not have any more Graham crackers she made it with oreo crumbs. The possibilities are endless! I will definitely be making this again, it took me less than 20 minutes to put it all together and clean up.”-Aisha

“I was so scared to make crepes in past. But I’ve finally overcome that fear. This is foolproof recipe. I made half batch at first. My preschool aged kids helped me and they had fun. Not to mention crepes were just perfect. We filled it with strawberries and cream cheese filling. This is going to be our sunday staple breakfast.”Aamina

“This crepe recipe was so easy to follow, I was amazed! Everything came together in one bowl. I’ve always bought dessert crepes, but now I will definitely be making my own! I served them with strawberries, salted caramel ice cream, and some chocolate syrup for good measure! This recipe is really worth a try!”-Haseeba

“I used this recipe to make meringues for the first time and I am so amazed as to how amazing they turned out. I took them to my daughter’s school for an end of year treat for everyone and the children kept asking for more! This recipe is easy to follow and the swirls make it a fun treat for the kids to devour.”-Saira

“I’m a somewhat of an experienced baker but never tried meringue  because they are not my favorite. My family requested some meringues so I gave it a shot. This recipe turned out perfectly, even I was surprised how much I loved the taste. It wasn’t overthe top sweet which i loved. The addition of the raspberry oil was something unique. Was very happy with the results.” –Jovairia

“I made the rasberry meringues and they turned out delicious mashaAllah. The recipe was really easy to follow and your notes at the end were really helpful. I am not much of a baker and this looked challenging to me at first, but your recipe actually made it simple for me to execute.”-Orely

Why Homemade Desserts?

After fasting for an entire 30 days, Eid is the perfect time to celebrate and indulge. However, I believe in controlled indulgence, which means, you control all of the ingredients that go into the dessert.  If you think about it, do you really know how much sugar and preservatives are in the desserts that you buy from the store? Do you even fully understand the ingredient list???? This is why I believe in homemade desserts. YOU control the amount of sugar AND you know exactly what ingredients you’re putting into it. I only use ingredients that I can pronounce and I think you should too.

Do Homemade Desserts Take Long to Make?

It depends. I’ve tried recipes that took over 3 hours to make…and that just didn’t work for my busy lifestyle. That’s why I’ve tested and re-tested and come up with recipes that take less than an hour to create from start to finish.  And they’re scrumptious. Most of my recipes take 30 minutes or less (Yay!)

What is a ‘no bake’ dessert?

A no bake dessert is just that, there’s no baking involved! This cuts down on the preparation time for sure. I would say about half of the recipes in this  eBook ARE no bake because if you’re like me, you don’t have a lot of time to create BUT we aren’t skimping on flavour, trust me.

Are No Bake Recipes Safe to Eat?

Yes. That’s because I don’t use any flour, eggs or other ingredients considered not safe for consumption in my no bake recipes. When stored in the refrigerator or freezer, these no bake recipes are the simplest desserts you’ll come across!

Can I replace/substitute the granulated sugar or cut down on the amount that you’ve suggested in the recipes in this eBook?

While my desserts are not overly sweet, there is still sugar in them. So if you’re on a specific diet feel free to substitute with your choice of sweetener. However, the taste may vary.

How many servings are in each recipe?

The recipes in this cookbook eBook yield 4-6 servings (some more). You can always split each recipe in half to make less, or double to make more if you’re serving a large crowd.

Are the recipes budget friendly?

Most of my recipes are made with less than 10 ingredients  and also cost less than $10 to make!

Can I freeze the dessert and consume later?

The mango ice cream needs to be frozen and the vanilla cake for the Eid Lettered Cake can be baked and frozen a week or two ahead prior to frosting. I would recommend making every other recipe fresh in order to maintain the texture and flavor.

Are the dessert recipes allergen free?

Unfortunately, the majority of recipes included in this eBook contain the following allergens: Milk, Eggs, Nuts and Wheat. As a food allergy mom myself I would never want to risk putting you or your family at risk and we have placed a disclaimer in the cookbook as well. Safety first.

One last question – What’s an eCookbook?

All of me eCookbooks are PDF eBook that can be read on computers, tablets and smartphones (You don’t need a special e-reader!). They are also formatted to print on standard 8.5 x 11″ paper, so you are welcome to print the text  of the recipes for your own use, if you want.

After making a purchase, you will automatically be redirected to a page where you can download your copy of the eBook. You will also be emailed a copy to save on your computer. Thank you so much for your support!
