My name is Tabassum and I love to cook healthy meals for my family and share the recipes with YOU! I’m also a mom of two so I understand that life gets busy which is why I make my recipes as simple as possible. My mom taught me how to cook initially and then I taught myself the rest! After having my ‘irish twins’ I have been on a postpartum weightloss journey and have lost over 40 pounds so far. I’ll share some tips on how you can take control of your health too.
